How does payment work?

After your installation booking is confirmed, a $50 deposit secures it. The remaining $500 is paid after satisfactory installation and training.

Can I still unlock the door normally?

Yes. Use your face, fingerprint, PIN, RFID card, the phone app or the physical backup key.

Can I see who's outside?

Yes. The built-in camera shows visitors on the inside screen, so no phone is needed. You can also see and speak to them from your phone.

What happens if I need help afterwards?

You're covered by a 2-year hardware warranty and ongoing local support from our Melbourne team.
